The Complete Service Manager Workshop is coming up November 4-8 in Pelham, AL.

Cancellation policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, requiring you to adjust your plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Full Refund Period:
    • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event start date (November 4, 2024) will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.
  • Partial Refund Period:
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee.
  • No-Show Policy:
    • Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Transfer Option:
    • If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization at no additional cost. Please notify us of any transfer at least 7 days before the event.
  • Workshop Cancellation:
    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop, all participants will receive a full refund.
